摘  要:目的探讨维生素D受体(VDR)等位基因多态性与膀胱癌之间的关系。方法37例膀胱移行上皮细胞癌患者、40例正常对照。采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和限制性酶切法研究VDR的Taq1、Apa1、Fok1等位基因多态性与膀胱癌之间的关系。结果膀胱癌组与对照组比较,VDR的Fok1启动子等位基因多态性分布存在的差异有显著性(P<0.05);膀胱癌组的ff基因型概率高于对照组。结论VDR的启动子Fokl基因多态性可能与膀胱癌有关。[Objective] To investigate the correlation between vitamin D reeeptor(VDR) allele polymorphism and the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. [Methods] 37 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and 40 healthy controls were examined respectively. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction endonuelease analysis were used. The relationship was evaluated between VDR gene polymorphism of Taql, Apal, Fokl alleles and the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. [Results] The genotype frequency distribution of Fokl start eodon allele polymorphism in the group of the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder was significantly different from that in the control group. The genotype of ff allele in the group of the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder was markedly higher than that in the control group (P 〈0.05). [Conclusions] The VDR Fokl start eodon alleles polymorphlsms may be correlated with the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder, and the genotype of ff allele may be a risk genotype of the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder.
