传导性角膜塑形术对角膜知觉影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨传导性角膜塑形术(conductivekeratoplasty)对角膜知觉的影响。方法对32名46只眼患者行传导性角膜塑形术,分别于术前,术后3d、1个月及3个月,用CochetBonnet角膜知觉计来测定角膜知觉。结果角膜知觉(单位mm):术前为(56.42±5.48),术后3d为(29.25±6.02),术后1个月为(48.78±8.47),术后3个月为(55.87±7.16)。术后3d、1个月组与术前的差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),术后3个月与术前比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论传导性角膜塑形术后早期角膜知觉下降,并逐渐恢复,大约于术后3个月左右即可恢复正常。[Objective] To investigate the changes in corneal sensitivity after conductive keratoplasty. [Methods] The corneal sensitivity of 32 persons （46 eyes） were examined before and 1 week, 1 and 3 months after operation. [Results] The mean corneal sensitivity values were （56.42±5.48） before operation, and changed to （29.25±6.02）, （48.78±8.47）, （55.87±7.16） at 3 days, 1 and 3 months ,after operation. There were statistical significance between 3 days,1 month and preoperation （P 〈0.05）. There were no statistical significance between 3 months and preoperation （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The corneal sensitivity reduced at the early stage after conductive keratoplasty, and recovered with the time. The corneal sensitivity returned to normal at 3 months.
