摘  要:多层板弹簧在工作中受到长期交变应力的作用。为了防止板弹簧疲劳折断、开裂,需要对其动力学特性及其刚度进行分析。本文在对多层板弹簧刚度建模的国内外研究现状进行分析总结的基础上,对振动系统中的多层板弹簧刚度与结构参数进行了研究,把多层板弹簧按两端完全紧固的梁来考虑,但是认为板弹簧变形时一端固定不动,而另一端相对于此端作平移运动,平移运动端只有挠度的变化而转角为零。同时在计算过程中,把此种结构的板弹簧视为一端固定而另一端受载荷作用的超静定悬臂梁,建立的超静定多层板弹簧的刚度模型和计算方法科学合理,具有一定的可行性。Multi-layer leaf spring is exposed to long-term alternative stress during its operation. In order to avoid the fatigue fracture, the dynamic characters and stiffness of the multi-layer leaf spring are essential to be analyzed. Based on the analysis of rigidity modeling of multi-layer leaf spring which has been studied intemational, the rigidity and structure pmmneters of the multi-layer leaf spring in vibratory system are studied. The multi-layer leaf spring is considered as a grider in which one side is fixed firmly and the other side moves horizontally to zero angle. The mechanical model is established by means of regarding the leaf spring as a hyperstatic cantilever with one end fastened and the other end receiving a load. This method is proved to be reasonable and feasible.
