摘　　要：Nek激酶家族(NIMA related k inases)作为中心体的调节因素并由于其同肿瘤发生的特殊关系逐渐被人们所重视。Nek家族目前发现了11个成员,该激酶家族同中心体及细胞周期密切相关,Nek家族在有丝分裂中参加G2-M期的关键点的调控,促进中心体成熟并影响染色体的浓集和纺锤体形成。正常或异常Nek激酶的异常表达可以导致中心体的质或量的异常,进而造成肿瘤的发生。Nek kinase family is the critical regulators of centrosome, which plays an important role in tumorigenesis. The family of human Nek （ NIMA Related Kinase） kinases currently contains 11 members. The kinase family Nek has cell-cycle-related functions and plays important roles at the G2-M progression, and promotes centrosome maturation during mitosis. It had been demonstrated that abnormal expression of Neks could induce abnormity of centrosome, and promote tumorigenesis.
