天然染料对真丝织物的抗菌性能研究

摘　　要：将黄芩提取液使用3种不同的方法处理真丝织物,对试样的抗菌性能进行了探讨。通过正交试验,确定了黄芩的提取工艺和最佳染色工艺。研究表明,黄芩在指定的条件下染丝绸,除可以获得实用的染色牢度外,还具有一定的抗菌功效,是一种值得开发的环保型功能染料。Silk fabrics were dyed with an aqueous extract of scutellariae by using three different methods. The antibacterial performance of the dyed fabric was investigated. The optimum process of extracting and dyeing were obtained by orthogonal tests. The results show that the silk fabric dyed with radix scutellariae at given conditions has a certain antibacterial performance and the perfect fastness.
