摘  要:针对汽车主减速器主锥预紧垫片选择过程,简要分析了影响选垫准确度的主要因素,通过正交试验,并对试验结果进行极差分析和方差分析,得出了模拟压力、轴承座转速及主齿轴与圆锥滚子轴承内圈配合过盈量等因素,对测量准确度影响的大小顺序及各自的影响程度,为测量选垫模型的建立奠定了基础。Based on the process of preselecting active axle tightening cushion of automobile main retarder, the paper analyzes primary factors that influence the nicety of the cushions. An orthogonal test is performed, and outcoming data of the test are analyzed by supreme difference analysis and variance analysis. According to the analysis result, the influence extent and sequence of three factors : simulating pressure, rotating speed of the bearing block and excess between the active axle and inner rings of the bearings are obtained, and the result provides the basis for the model of measuring and preselecting of the cushions.
