摘 要:通过400℃,500℃、600℃热解含F e,Co,N i的高聚物前驱体(M-PAA,M为Co,F e,N i)制备覆碳的F e,Co,N i纳米复合材料(M/C),研究了其对AP热分解的影响。XRD和TEM结果表明,500℃热解M-PAA均可获得纳米F e(Co或N i)/C材料,热解产物中Co,F e,N i颗粒的平均粒径分别为13 nm,18 nm和20 nm。DTA研究结果表明,添加500℃热解所得的M/C(M/C-500)对AP的热分解有明显的催化作用,其催化作用随着M/C-500添加量的增加而增加,N i/C-500,F e/C-500,Co/C-500分别使AP高温分解峰最大可降低54.5℃,79.3℃和156.2℃。其中Co/C-500可使AP的高温和低温分解峰发生重叠。Carbon-coated Ni, Co and Fe nano-composite materials were prepared by pyrolysis of M-exchanged cation exchange resin(M-PAA) at 400 ℃, 500 ℃, 600 ℃, and their catalytic effects on the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate(AP) were also studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) results showed that the average particle sizes of Ni, Co and Fe in M/C obtained at 500 ℃ (M/C-500) were 13 nm, 18 nm and 20 nm, respectively. DTA was employed to test the thermal decomposition of AP in the M/C and AP mixture. Results indicated that the catalysis of M/C-500 incrcases with increasing the content of M/C-500 and the decomposition temperature at high temperature decomposition zone of AP was lowered with the addition of M/C, and the high temperature decomposition peaks of AP lowered as much as about 54.5 ℃, 79.3 ℃ and 156.2 ℃, respectively with addition of Ni/C-500, Fe/C-500 and Co/C-500. The high and low temperature decomposition peaks of AP overlapped with addition of Co/C-500.
