摘　　要：黑龙江地区的饮食文化在“中华饮食文化圈”中占有非常重要的位置。她既是中西方文化的一个特殊交汇点，又是开放并吸取西方饮食文化精髓的敏感区域之一。黑龙江地区饮食文化的一个重要特征在于其开放性和兼容性。Cuisine culture in Heilongjiang Province plays an important role in the Circle of Chinese Cuisine culture, which is not only the special joint point of Chinese Culture and Western Culture, but also the sensitive point opening China to accept the Western Cuisine Culture. And the most important characteristic of the cuisine in Heilongjiang Province is its openness and compatibility.
