摘　　要：大隆水利枢纽工程位于海南省三亚市西部的宁远河中下游,是海南省的重点工程。针对水利水电工程建设中主要存在的环境问题,环境监理渗入了该工程的建设;设计出适合该工程的环境监理实施方案,便于有的放矢地开展监理工作;得力的环境监理具体操作程序,是有效监管的保证。通过环境监理,大大减免了该工程施工期对生态环境带来的负面影响,取得了经济、社会和生态协调统一发展。Dalong hydroproject located in the middle and lower reaches of the Ningyuan River, Sanya City, is a major project in Haiman Province. Aiming at the environmental problems during construction, the environmental supervision is carried out. To design a suitable supervisory scheme for the project can propel supervision work and monitor the procedure of environmental supervising. Through supervising the effect of the project on environment is reduced, and the harmonious development of economy,society and eco-environment is obtained.
