摘　　要：学风建设是高等学校建设的重要方面,树立良好学风是大学生成才的关键所在,并直接关系到一所高校教育教学质量的高低。辅导员要在准确把握大学生学生的学习状况的基础上,采取有针对性的具体措施,引导他们树立良好的学风。Study atmosphere is an important aspect of college and university development. Building good study atmosphere is me key for students to become useful for the society. It also directly affects a college or a university＇s education and teaching quality. Student guiders must accurately understand the study atmosphere of contemporary college students. They should take concrete measures in order to help the students establish good study atmosphere.
