摘　　要：运用I-P-O模型从虚拟研发团队的组织结构层面来研究不同组织结构的虚拟研发团队的差异.界定了虚拟研发团队的定义并提出了虚拟研发团队的四种组织结构;运用I-P-O模型对虚拟研发团队的四种组织结构进行了比较研究.The model of I - P - O is used to research the differences among the four types of virtual R＆D teams. According to the conceptual review of virtual teams, the concept of virtual R＆D teams is confirmed. And the four organizational structures of virtual R＆D teams are analyzed. At last, the four types of virtual R＆D teams are compared based on the I - P - O model.
