摘　　要：以“八荣八耻”为主要内容的社会主义荣辱观,既是对我国优秀传统文化遗产的继承和扬弃,也是新时期我们党引领社会风尚的一面旗帜。“八荣八耻”集中体现了党关于社会主义道德建设思想的本质要求,是我国公民应该恪守的道德底线。党的干部不仅要自觉遵守社会道德的底线,更要以身作则,率先垂范,以良好的官德、政德来推动整个社会道德的进步,促进新型廉政文化建设。Socialism honor and disgrace outlook regarding ＂ Eight Honors and Eight Disgraces＂ as main content is to carry on and to sublate China＇s advanced traditional culture heritage and is a banner for the Party to lead social custom in new era. ＂ Eight Honors and Eight Disgraces＂ outlook mainly embodies the essence requirement of the Party about socialism moral construction thought and is moral foot - line for China citizens to abide by. The cadres of the Party should not only abide by the foot - line of socialism moral but also should make themselves models to use their good duty moral and political moral to promote progress of the whole social moral and to promote incorrupt culture construction.
