摘 要:为寻找更有效的防龋手段,通过脉冲式NdYAG激光与氟钼酸铵溶液联合应用对离体人牙釉质抗酸性作用的实验研究,发现以能量密度为1.69J/cm2的NdYAG激光辐照10秒,与氟钼酸铵联合应用于离体人牙表面,提高了釉质的抗酸溶解性,优于二者分别使用。同时对其机制进行了初步探索。The aim of this experiment is to find a new method for clinical prevention of enamel caries. Specimens of human dental enamel were applied with 10% solution of ammonium oxofluoromolybdate (NH 4) 2MoO 2F 4 after laser irradiation. application of 10% solution of (NH 4) 2MoO 2F 4 after laser irradiation (1 69 J/cm 2, 20pps, 10s) caused a more remarkable increase in acid resistance of the enamel than (NH 4) 2MoO 2F 4 treatment alone or laser irradiation alone. The laser treated enamel surface was fused as seen under a scanning electron microscope, but unlased enamel showed no such change. In the case of (NH 4) 2MoO 2F 4 treatment after laser irradiation, the elevation of the calcium profile by spectrum was larger than (NH 4) 2MoO 2F 4 treatment or laser irradiation alone. The maxillary left first molar of the Wister rats with laser irradiation (1 69 J/cm 2, 20pps, 10s) showed no histologic or morphologic changes in rats’ dental pulp.
