摘　　要：介绍了倍压整流电路的原理,通过protel 99 se软件进行了半波、信克尔和对称倍压整流电路的仿真,并对以上3种电路的仿真结果进行了分析和比较,总结出三种倍压整流电路的特点,以及各自适用于哪种高压电路.The princ voltage doubling rectifier were simulated based on characteristics of three ki iples of voltage doubling rectifier circuit have been introduced. circuit （half wave, Schenkel and symmetric voltage doubling Protel 99 se. And the simulate result have been analyzed and nds of voltage doubling rectifier circuit could be concluded, and rectifier circuit is preferred in the different high voltage circuit.
