摘  要:本实验选用热凝造成大脑中动脑阻断(MCAO)而致实验性大鼠脑局灶性缺血型,观察了汉防己甲素(Tetrandrine TET)抗钙作用对实验性大鼠脑局灶性缺血的保护及治疗作用,并对其作用机制进行了探讨。实验结果表明;小分别(P<0.01)及(P<0.05),缺血区脑组织 Ca^(++)、Na^+、含量有关。Using thermocautery which could occlud the middle cerebal artery(MCAO)in rats to pro- duce an experimental cerebral infarction model,we studied the protective and therapeutic effects of tetrandrine on cerebral infarction in rats,then discused the mechanism of its.The results were as follows:At 7days after TET injection,the cerebral infarction size in rats with TET protected- group and TET treated-gruop was reduced compare with ischemic control-group ones(P<0. 01)and(P<0.05),cerebral Ca~、Na^(++),lever were lower evidently.The above results suggust that TET could protect and treat MCAO regional cerebral infarction,the mechanism might be that TET could reduce cerebral Ca^(++),Na^+contents.
