从“三个符合度”谈地方高校的定位及评价

摘　　要：地方高校在发展中存在着过分趋同的现象,其定位难以落实。要真正实现“三个符合度”,首先要探寻地方高校的合理定位,使定位与办学目标相符合;其次要加强过程评价,强化其内部质量保证机制;最后要借鉴“柔性教育”,加强地方高校人才培养模式的柔性,增强人才的适应性。Local institutions of higher education imitate each other too much during their development and their positioning is not clear. To really realize＂ three correspondences＂, we should first decide on reasonable position for these local institutions so that the positioning agrees with their objectives; and second, it is necessary to execute the process evaluation of the local colleges and tmiversities so as to reinforce the quality guarantee mechanism. Finally, the talent cultivation patterns should be flexible in order to increase the adaptability of the students.
