摘　　要：依据法的本质决定法的功能的理论,将法的本质归结为统治阶级的意志指出了法的思想意志根源和政治功能,理性是促使统治阶级意志必须接受或者反映所谓被统治阶级及社会公众的意志和利益的历史动因,国家功能的多样化促使人们思索符合社会发展规律的社会与法律建构;文明的社会发展史证明明智的统治阶级总是以寻求和谐的社会运作模式为法的功能建构基准。According to theory that the functions of law are dominated by its essence, the paper concludes the essence of law to the ruling class＇s will and points out the will resources and political function of law. Reason is the historic factor. We are impelled by diversification of nation function to think about the frame of society and law accord with the rule of social development. Harmonious society is the function foundation norm of the law of our country.
