摘 要:目的:探讨OSCC的DLN中DC的功能状态。方法:免疫组化标记OSCC的DLN和扁桃体组织中DC的CD1 a,CD83分子。统计CD1 a+DC和CD83+DC的浸润程度,以及CD83+DC/CD1 a+DC的比值。结果:CD1 a+DC在OSCC的DLN中的浸润程度显著高于扁桃体组织(P<0.01),在鳞癌转移的淋巴结中显著低于未转移的淋巴结(P<0.01)。CD83+DC浸润程度在OSCC的DLN中明显低于扁桃体(P<0.01),但鳞癌转移的淋巴结与未转移者无显著差异(P>0.05)。OSCC的DLN中CD83+DC/CD1 a+DC的比值显著低于扁桃体组织(P<0.05)。结论:OS-CC的DLN中,DC以不成熟DC为主,难以实现其激活T淋巴细胞反应的能力。Objective: To evaluate the functional state of dendritic cell (DC) in the draining lymph nodes of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect CD1 a and CD83 molecules expressed by DC in paraffin embedded tissues from 34 - case draining lymph nodes of OSCC and 10 - case tonsils. DC counts, representing the density of DC infiltrating in the tissues, was performed under high - power field. The densities of DC expressing CDla and CD83 molecules, and the ratio of CD83^+ DC/CD1a^+ DC were compared between two groups. Results: There were CD1a^+ DCs in all cases. The density of CD1a^+ DCs in the group of draining lymph node was significantly higher than the one of tonsil ( P 〈0.01 ), but it was lower in draining lymph nodes with metastasis than without metastasis. The density of CD83^+ DC was significantly lower in draining nodes than tonsils ( P 〈0.01 ), but there was no significant difference between the nodes with metastasis and without metastasis(P 〉0.05). The ratio of CD83^+ DC/CD1a^+ DC was significantly higher in draining lymph nodes (P 〈 0.05 ) than tonsils. Conclusion: Immature DC was predominant in the draining lymph nodes of OSCC, and the functional mature of DC was blocked so that DC could have difficulty in activating T lymph cells.
