青少年颌骨大型囊肿开窗减压术对颌骨及牙胚生长发育影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价开窗减压术治疗青少年颌骨大型囊肿的疗效和对颌骨、牙和牙胚生长发育的影响。方法:回顾分析21例青少年颌骨大型囊肿采用开窗减压术的病例,随访6个月至4年,术后每3个月摄颌骨曲面全景片,观察和分析囊肿的大小变化和囊肿周围骨质骨化过程及其囊肿内牙和牙胚萌出情况。结果:青少年颌骨大型囊肿经开窗减压术后囊肿明显缩小、颌骨生长发育及其牙和牙胚的萌出未受影响,病理检查无恶变倾向。结论:开窗减压术是治疗青少年颌骨大型囊肿的有效方法,其主要优点是手术方法简单,能迅速消除面部畸形,临床观察颌骨、牙和牙胚生长发育不受影响。Objective： To evaluate curative effect of fenestration and decompression on tremendous cyst and its impact to growth and development of jaw ,tooth and dental germ. Methods： 21 cases were treated with fenestration and decompression and followed up about 6 months to 4 years. We took X - ray of jaw every 3 months, observed and analysed the size of the cyst , ossification around cyst and eruption of the dental germ in it. Results.. After the operation of fenestration and decompression, the tremendous cyst of jaw became smalle robviously, the growth and development of jaw were uninfluenced. The eruption of tooth and dental germ were also uninfluenced. All cases had no tendency to canceration in the pathological examination. Conclusion： The fenestation and decompression are one of effective ways to treat the tremendous cyst of jaw of hobbledehoy. Its advantage is simple in its way and can correct deformity of the face rapidly. Clinic observation of these cases shows that the growth and development of jaw, tooth and dental germ are uninfluenced.
