Effect of Three Injection Therapy Combining Mouth-opening Exercise on Nonreducing Disc Displacement of Temporomandibular Joint

摘　　要：目的:探讨关节腔封闭、灌洗和关节腔内注射透明质酸钠(即3次注射疗法)结合术后被动张口训练在治疗慢性不可复性关节盘前移位中的作用。方法:将252例慢性不可复性关节盘前移位的患者随机分为试验组和对照组两组,试验组150例,予以行3次注射疗法,术后配合被动张口训练;对照组的102例患者仅行3次注射疗法而不进行被动张口训练。结果:试验组有效率为81.3%,对照组有效率为42.2%,经统计学检验:二者有显著性差异(P≤0.05)。结论:关节腔内3次注射疗法结合被动张口训练在慢性不可复性关节盘前移位的治疗中具有明显的疗效。Objective： To investigate the effect of intraarticular blocking, lavage and injection of hyaluronic acid （3 injection therapy） in combination with passive mouth - opening exercise post - injection on the treatment of chronic anterior disc displacement without reduction （ADDwor） of temporomandibular joint. Methods ： 252 patients of chronic ADDwor were divided into experimental group and control group at random, Each of them received 3 injection therapy, In addition, 150 cases in the experimental group undertook passive mouth -opening exercise, but 102 cases in the control group didnt. Resuits： The effective rate of experimental group and control group was 81,3% , and 42.2% respectively. By statistical analyses, there had significant difference between two groups （P≤0. 05 ）, Conclusion： Three injection therapy combining passive mouth - opening post - injection has significant effectiveness on the treatment of ADDwor.
