摘 要:目的分析乳腺癌X线表现特征与P53表达的相关性。方法经乳腺X线摄影及手术病理证实的76例乳腺癌,将X线所见分为肿块(大小、边缘、形态)与钙化(分布、形态)进行描述,并与P53的表达进行对照,分析其相关性。结果乳腺癌P53阳性表达的X线特征为肿块直径>2.0 cm、钙化沿导管走行分布、杆状钙化。结论乳腺癌P53的表达与肿块大小、钙化分布、钙化形态相关,根据X线表现可推测乳腺癌P53的表达情况。Objective To investigate the correlation between the mammographic features of the breast carcinoma and the expression of P53 and to predict its expression. Methods 76 patients with breast carcinoma were enrolled in this study and determined the correlation between the mammographic features and the expression of P53. The mammographic features were divided into mass ( size, margin, shape) and microcalcification (distribution, shape). Results The mammographic features of P53 positive expression included: the diameter of the tumor was more than 2 cm,ductal distribution calcification and rod - shaped calcification. Conclusion The expression of P53 has a significant correlation with the tumor size, calcification distribution,calcification shape. It is feasible to predict the expression of P53 in breast carcinoma by mammographic features.
