摘　　要：目的探讨改良的小梁切除术的优越性。方法应用隧道刀制作巩膜瓣并应用小梁咬切器对192眼青光眼施行小梁咬切术。结果本组每眼术程平均20分钟,较既往常规手术(平均34分钟)缩短43%,术后眼压控制良好。无术中、术后并发症。结论隧道刀及咬切器的使用可以安全、快速、有效地完成小梁切除术。Objective To discuss the superiority of improming trabeculectomy. Methods 192 eyes of glaucoma were performed trabeculectomy by making selera flap with tunnel kinfe and excising trabecula with the selera cutter. Results The mean time of the operation was 20 minutes for each eye and shortened 43 % than that of pastnormal surgery （mean 34 minute）. The lOP was controlled satisfiedly. No operative and postoperative complications occured. Conclusions The use of tunnel knife and sclera cutter can perform the trabeculectomy safely,speedly and effectly.
