摘　　要：目的探讨上睑提肌腱膜瓣-额肌吻合术治疗重度先天性上睑下垂的效果。方法对15例(21眼)重度先天性上睑下垂进行上睑提肌腱膜瓣-额肌吻合手术治疗。术后随访6月以上,观察其效果。结果上睑下垂矫正良好者13眼(61.91%)、矫正满意者7眼(33.33%),矫正不足者1眼(4.76%)。结论上睑提肌腱膜瓣-额肌吻合术治疗重度先天性上睑下垂,手术成功率高,效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of superior levator musculoaponeuroticflap - frontulis anastomosis in the treatment of severe congential ptosis. Methods 17 cases （21 eyes） of severe congenital ptosis were treated by superior levator musculoaponeuroticflap- frontalis anastnmosis. Results After surgery, 20 eyes got satisfied correction and 1 eye was under correction. Conclusions In the treatment of severe congenital ptosis, superior levator musculouponeurotieflap- frontalis anastnmosis has high successful rate and satisfied resuhs.
