食管鳞癌组织中P-gp和nm23表达的意义及其对预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:检测食管鳞癌组织中P-gp、nm23的表达水平,探讨其与肿瘤大小、分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及患者生存期的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术检测P-gp、nm23的表达水平。结果:94例标本中,P-gp、nm23基因阳性表达率分别为30.85%(29/94)、42.55%(40/94)。P-gp的表达与肿瘤的大小、分化程度没有相关性(P>0.05),与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及患者生存期有相关性(P<0.05)。nm23的表达与肿瘤的大小、分化程度、浸润深度之间没有相关性(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移及患者生存期之间密切相关(P<0.01)。结论:检测P-gp、nm23的表达对食管癌治疗方案的选择及判断预后有一定的指导意义。Objective： tumor size, differentiation To detect the expression of P-gp,nrn23 , and to evaluate their relationship with degree , depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and survival. Methods： Immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the expression of P-gp,nm23 in esophageal carcinoma. Results： The positive rates of expression of P-gp,nm23 were 30.85% （29/94） ,42.55% （40/94） , respectively. The expression of P-gp was not correlated with tumor size, and differentiation degree either（P 〉0.05）. The expression of P-gp had a significant correlation with depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and survival （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of nm23 was not correlated with tumor size, and differentiation degree, or depth of invasion（P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of nm23 had a significant correlation with lymph node metastasis and survival （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： These markers mentioned above play an important role in choosing clinical chemotherapy drugs and predicting the prognosis of patients with esophageal carcinoma.
