摘　　要：随着信息产业的快速发展,传统的C/S或B/S模型的电气操作票系统不能满足实际应用的需求,利用新技术对原系统进行改进成为亟需解决的问题。讨论了目前比较先进的SmartClient技术,并利用该技术对原有的电气操作票系统进行设计与改进,介绍了系统的结构、关键技术和功能的实现。该系统已经成功的应用于全国很多电厂,并取得了很好的效果。With fast developing of the information industry, the traditional electric operating-ticket system based on C/S or B/S model can not satisfy the request of application, so using new technology to improve the system has become a key problem needs to be solved. The advanced smart client technology is studied and is used to design and improve on the customary system, the framework, key technology and realization of function of the system are introduced. This system is applied to many electric power plants and acquired good effect.
