摘　　要：采用变频器进行电动机控制,将原来只有快、慢两个速度的电动机变成了无级调速;应用PLC控制代替原来的继电器—接触器控制;在PLC与变频器连接处设计了抗干扰电路;实现了饮料瓶装线上贴标机控制系统的技术改造。This paper introduces control of motors from controlled by frequency- transformer, which changes from two kinds of speed （ faster and slower） to stepless speed regulation. And PLC control replaces relay-contactor control. Resisting interference circuit is designod between PLC and frequency-transformer. So an improvenrent is realized, which improves the label-affixing machine control system on the manufacture line pouring drink into bottle.
