摘  要:目的探讨TRAIL(TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand)受体DR5、DcR1及多药耐药基因MDR1产物P-gp在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化Elivision TMplus法检测DR5、DcR1、P-gp蛋白在子宫内膜癌中表达。结果在子宫内膜癌中,DR5、DcR1、P-gp阳性表达率为85.71%,45.24%,52.38%。DR5的阳性表达与病理分级及肌层浸润有关,P-gp的阳性表达率与临床分期成正比,子宫内膜癌中P-gp与DR5的阳性表达呈负相关,P-gp与DcR1的阳性表达呈正相关。结论子宫内膜癌中DR5的高表达是TRAIL用于子宫内膜癌治疗的依据;晚期子宫内膜癌中P-gp高表达可能导致其对化疗耐药性增加;凋亡调节基因与耐药基因之间可能存在着某种内在的关系。Objective To investigate the different expression of DR5 and DcR1 for TRAIl, and P-glycoprotein for the product of MDR1 in cndometrial carcinoma, and define the relationship between them. Methods Immunohistochemistry Elivision TV plus method was adopted to examine the positive expression rates of DRS, DcR1 and P-gp in endometrial carcinoma. Results In endometrial carcinoma, the positive expression rates of DR5, DcR1 and P-gp were 85.71%, 45.24% and 52.38%, respectively. And the positive expression rate of DR5 was related to histological type and myometrium invision. The positive expression rate of P-gp showed a pc,sitive correlation with clinical staging. In cndometrial carcinoma, the positive expression rate of P-gp showed a negative correlation with DR5, and a positive correlation with DcR1. Conclusion The high expression rate of DR5 in endometrial carcinoma provides the basis for using TRAIL to treat endometrial carcinoma. In advanced stage endometrial carcinoma, the high expression rate of P-gp might cause drug resistance. It suggests that the apoptosis controlling gene might be correlated with drug resistance gene.
