越南巨竹竹叶黄酮类物质提取及组分研究  被引量:7

摘  要:以越南巨竹叶为试验材料,研究竹叶黄酮类物质的提取工艺,并对黄酮类物质进行了组分和结构的初步鉴定。采用乙醇浸提,得出竹叶黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶20,70%乙醇溶液70℃浸提120 m in,竹叶总黄酮浸出率2.04%。采用纸层析分离和紫外光谱分析,初步鉴定竹叶提取物中黄酮组分以及结构为:牡荆甙、3,′4,′7-三羟基黄酮、木犀草素、芹菜黄素7-O-苷以及含有4-′OH黄酮类结构。Using the leaves of Dendrocalamus yunnanicus Hsu E. G, et D. Z. Li as experiment material, the components of their flavonoids and their structure were analyzed and the processes for their extraction were explored. The extracts of D. yunnanicus were separated by paper chromatography and examined under light/ultraviolet light, visible light/ammonia or ultraviolet light/ammonia conditions. The best technology of extracting flavonoids from bamboo leaves was. the leaf powder sample ( 1 g) was extracted with 20 mL 70% ethanol under reflux in a water bath at 70℃ for 120 min. This technology gave a flavonoid extraction rate of 2.32%. Ultraviolet absorption spectrum detection tentatively suggested that the components and structure of the bamboo leaf flavonoids may be vitxin, 3 ' , 4' , 7-hydroxyflavone, luteolin Ⅱ, Apigenin 7-O-glycoside and a component containing 4' -OH.
