摘 要:对中药炮制中“火力”和“火候”的概念、意义及最新进展等进行了分析与阐述,结合自身课题研究,提出了以红外非接触测温技术判断中药炮制中的“火力”大小的新方法。引入了在线式红外测温仪,获取了中药炮制中的时间一温度曲线,借以判断中药炮制中“火力”的工艺参数和解决炒制中存在的问题。并提出了将计算机、摄像视频技术应用于中药炮制“火候”研究的新设想。In a move to regulate the GMP reform of traditional medicine processing industry, a key technique, that can quantitatively measure the "firepower" and "proper roasting time", has to be worked out to meet the needs of Scale medical herb processing and production. The technique shall make the herb preparing process in line with desired purposes and effects. This paper discusses the concept, meaning, and latest development of "firepower" and "proper roasting time", and proposes new techniques for infrared measurement of the intensity of "firepower", and for working out associated scientific parameters. The paper also puts forward new scenarios for measuring "firepower" using other advanced means, such as computer and video techniques.
