摘　　要：目的分析残胃癌的临床病理特征并评价手术对残胃癌患者预后的影响。方法回顾性分析我院1985年1月至2004年3月收治的残胃癌患者的临床资料。结果本组Ⅱ期2例,Ⅲ期9例,Ⅳ期15例。其中5例施行姑息性切除(19.2%),5例因肿瘤广泛转移而不能手术(19.2%),16例施行根治性手术(61.5%)。16例施行根治性手术患者术后1,3,5年生存率分别为75.0%、43.4%和31.3%。结论早期诊断并行根治性残胃切除患者预后较好。Objective To assess the clinicopathological features of remnant gastric cancer and influence of surgical treatment on prognosis of the patients with remnant gastric cancer. Methods Twenty-six patients with remnant gastric cancer between January 1985 and March 2004 were retrospectively analyzed regarding prognostic factors of the disease, Results Of the 26 cases,2 were cancers of stage Ⅱ ,9 were stage m and 15 were stage Ⅳ;5 underwent palliative gastreetomy, 16 underwent radical gastrectomy and 5 were inoperable due to extensive metastasis. The 1- ,3- and 5-year survival rates of the patients were 75.0% ,43.4% and 31.3% respectively. Conclusions The patients diagnosed early and treated with radical gastrectomy have a good prognosis.
