摘　　要：建立反相高效液相色谱测定凤仙花中芦丁、槲皮素和山奈酚含量的方法。采用Shim—pack VP—ODS色谱柱,甲醇—水为流动相,梯度洗脱进行分离,检测波长360 nm。芦丁、槲皮素和山奈酚在选定浓度范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为102.3%,97.7%,98.90%,RSD分别为1.13%,1.11%,1.85%,方法简单、快速、准确,可作为凤仙花中黄酮的测定方法,以控制其原料的质量。An RP-HPLC method was established for determination of rutin, quercetin and kaempferol in Impatiens balsamina L. The samples were analyzed on a Shim- packVP- ODS column, with methanol - water（0.1% acetic acid） as were 102.3%, 97.7%, 98.9% and the relative standard deviation were 1.13%, 1.11%, 1.85% respectively.This analysis method was simple, rapid and accurate. It could be used for the quantitative determination of rutin quercetin and kaempferol in Impatiens balsamina L.
