中国艺术的气韵生动对在中医脉诊中感悟气机变化的启示

摘  要:中国艺术思想、中国传统医学理论均源于古代道家的哲学思想。心物一体的思维模式是中国艺术家以心物感应通过艺术形象表达出形象内部的生气活力、气韵流动的基础。中国先师在心物感应中感应大自然的气势、气运,并运用在可以反映人体脏腑经脉气机状态的脉象的描述上,以反映人体气机的生理与疾病状态。中国艺术“气韵生动”启示我们,在脉诊中体会感悟受病邪影响的气机变化,是中医诊治疾病从外知内、推导病机的精髓。Both Chinese art and TCM theory originated from the philosophical theory of Taoist in ancient times. The thinking pattern of the unity between heart and object is the basis to feel the objects through the heart and express the inner energy and qi activity by the Chinese artists. The ancient physicians felt the tide and trend of nature through the heart and used it to express how the Zangfu organs work and the pulse condition of meridians and qi-activity, so as to reflect the pyhsiological and pathological condition of qi-activity in the human bcdy. "The vivid states of qi" in Chinese art tells us that to feel the change of qi-activity affected by pathological fcctors in pluse-taking is the essence to see the inner part through the outside and to deduce the pathology in TCM diagnosis and treatment for diseases.
