摘  要:在分析我国建筑陶瓷企业竞争优势逻辑构成的基础上,探讨了建陶行业的竞争态势,指出了科技进步、核心技术创新、战略联盟、产品升级和品牌经营是我国建筑陶瓷企业实施成本领先战略和差异化战略定位,提升市场竞争力的中坚元素。Firstly, the logical structure of competitive advantages in building ceramic enterprises was analyzed, the competition situation of building ceramic industry was discussed. It was pointed that the technical advancement, the innovation of core technology, the strategic alliance, the product promotion and brand management are the most important factors which lead our building ceramic enterprises to implement the cost leading strategy and difference strategic localization, and to promote its market competence.
