摘  要:[目的]探索高等护理专业开展循证护理教学的最佳时机。[方法]抽取护理本科生120人,A组在开设临床课早期开展循证护理教学,B组在开设临床课后期,C组在进行临床实习早期,开展前后从循证理论知识、评价医学文献能力、循证能力、评判性思维能力方面进行评估。[结果]开展循证护理教学前3组循证理论知识、评价医学文献能力、循证能力、评判性思维能力,经F多重检验,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而开展后循证理论知识、评价医学文献能力、循证技能、评判性思维能力显著提高(P<0.05),且A组优于其他两组。[结论]在开设临床课早期开展循证护理教学效果最佳。To explore the optimal time of unfolding evidence based nursing teaching for high nursing specialty students. Method: A total of 120 students were selected and divided into A, B, and C 3 groups randomly. Evidence based nursing teaching for students of group A were started at the early stage of setting up clinical subjects classes. For group B and C students, evidence based nursing teaching were started at the late stage of clinical classes and at the early stage of clinical practice respectively. All students were evaluated on the aspects of theoretical knowledge about evidence based nursing, assessment ability on medical literature, evidence based ability, and ability of criticized thinking before and after the folding of evidence based nursing teaching. Result: Before unfolding evidence based nursing teaching, there were no statistical signifieanees between different groups students in terms of their theoretical knowledge about evidence based nursing, assessment ability on medical literature, evidence based ability, and ability of criticized thinking through F - multiple test (P 〉0.05). However, after unfolding evidence based nursing teaching, theoretical knowledge about evidence based nursing, assessment ability on medical literature, evidence based ability, and ability of criticized thinking of all students were enhanced remarkably (P 〈 0.05). And students of group A were better than other 2 groups. Conclusion: It can gain the best effect to start evidence based nursing teaching at the early stage of setting up clinical classes for students of high nursing specialty.
