摘 要:选用25周龄的海兰(褐)蛋鸡120只,随机等分为试验、对照2组,分置于2个人工气候室内二层阶梯式单笼饲养,设定热应激模型为22℃5 d(预试期)→30℃5 d→32℃5 d→35℃5 d→22℃5 d(恢复期),试验组为基础日粮+2 g/kg共轭亚油酸(CLA),对照组为基础日粮,进行为期25 d的CLA对高热应激蛋鸡细胞因子、激素水平和抗氧化能力的影响试验。结果表明,在30℃119 h,32℃119 h,35℃119 h,22℃119 h(恢复)时,试验组与CK组相比,其可明显抑制血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNFα-、皮质醇、前列腺素E2和M DA的分泌(P<0.01),促进血清甲状腺素T3,T4的合成,增强机体总抗氧化能力(P<0.01),从而减缓因高温环境导致的蛋鸡免疫水平下降,降低了蛋鸡的热应激负效应。120 25-week old Hailan (brown) layers were divided into two groups according to factorial design,the birds were put into two artificial climate rooms and caged with two steps and ladders type respectively,and the hot stress model was established for 22 ℃for 5 d→30℃ (pre-test) for 5 d→32℃ for 5 d→35℃ for 5 d→22 ℃ for 5 d (recovery). Experiment group were fed with basal diet added with 2 g/kg conjugate linoleic acid (CLA),and control group were fed with basis dietary. The test lasted for 25 d to study the effect of hot stress on cell factor ,hormone level, anti-oxidized ability of the laying hen. The result indicated that,at 30℃ 119h,32 ℃ 119h,35 ℃ 119h,22℃ 119h (restores),the hot stress suppressed the blood serum obviously IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,the cortisol,prostaglandin E2 and the MDA secretion (P〈 0. 01) , promoted blood serum thyroxin T3,the T4 secretion and strengthened anti-oxidized ability (P〈 0.01),thus slowed down the decline of the layer immunity level resulted from the high temperature environment ,and reduced the negative effects.
