64例结节病人血清抗伯氏疏螺旋体抗体的检测及分析

摘　　要：本文分别用免疫荧光法(IFA)和免疫印迹法(Western blot,WB)对64例结节病人进行了血清抗伯氏疏螺旋体(Borrelia Burgdorferi,BB)抗体检测.结果表明:64例病人中IFA法30例呈阳性,WB法31例出现阳性反应带,二种方法检测的结果基本相符.对WB法带型分析发现:阳性病人血清中的螺旋体抗体主要针对31~36KD的主要外膜蛋白(54.8%),41 KD的鞭毛蛋白(48.4%),以及83 KD,93 KD,100 KD等其它特异性蛋白(67.7%),64例病人中只有4例病人同时出现4条以上特异性蛋白区带,占总数6.3%,低于国内外大多数作者报告的自然人群抗BB抗体阳性率(5.6%、9.9%、8.4%、19.8%).Abstrat The anti-Borrelia Burgdorferi antibody (B. b Ab) in the serum samples from 64 sar-coidosis patients was determined by immunofluorescence assay (IFA) and Western blot (WB)methods. The results showed that 30 cases were positive with IFA and 31 cases were positive withWB among the 64 patients. The two methods showed good conformation. Analysis of WB bandpattern indicated that the Abs in serum of the positive cases were mainly against the 31~36KDouter surface protein (54. 8% ), the 41 KD flagellin protein (48.4%), and other specific proteinsat 83 KD, 93 KD and 100 KD (67.7%). There were only 4 cases showed more than 4 specific pro-tein bands (6. 3% ), which was lower than the reported positive rate of B. bAb in normal popula-tion.
