摘　　要：通过介绍新城市主义的产生发展过程、基本理论内容,对比我国新城市主义郊区社区的建设现状,阐述了新城市主义给我国城郊居住区发展带来的启示,并对其在我国的实践中出现的问题进行分析。Based on introducing the development process and the main theories of the New Urbanism, the paper summarized the enlightenment of the New Urbanism to suburban community exploitation in China today. At the same time, a discussion is made on the problems in the practice.
