摘　　要：通过长期观察，首先报道系统性硬皮病等几种疾病甲襞微血管管袢脱落崩解演变为出血点到吸收消失的全过程。t was reported that the course of nailfold capillary loops falling and splitting into petechiae and further more to be absorbede. And proposed that the capillary loops dropped and solitted was one of mechanisms of petechiae formed and the cause of capillaries decreased.
