摘　　要：以儒家思想为代表的中国传统文化蕴藏着丰厚的人文精神,是当代道德建设的源头活水。面对科学技术迅猛发展和经济全球化带来的深刻变化,深入研究和开发儒学人文精神的思想资源,无论是在全球化进程中重建普世伦理,还是对于我国在社会体制转型期加强道德建设,都有重要而深远的意义。Chinese traditional culture based on Confucianism idea has rich humanities spirit. It is one source of contemporary moral construction. It is important to deepen the research and to open up idea source of Confucianism human spirit as we face the further change of the high development of science and technology and the economy globalization in either rebuilding universal ethic in global process or strengthening moral construction during the change of our country＇ s society system.
