摘 要:“对十五”期间新收集、保存入国家种质库的1380份玉米种质资源主要品质进行了鉴定评价。结果表明:粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗淀粉和赖氨酸平均含量分别为11.83%、4.34%、68.80%和0.30%。不同玉米品质性状变异程度不同,其中粗脂肪变异最大;其次为赖氨酸、粗蛋白、粗淀粉。不同种植区来源的玉米品质性状具有不同的特质。不同性状相关性分析表明,4个主要品质性状两两相关极显著。通过鉴定,筛选出一批多项、双项或单项品质优良的玉米种质资源。Identification and evaluation of 1380 corn accessions newly collected and stored in the National Gene bank during 2002 - 2004 have been carried out with regard to major quality traits. The results showed that the average content of crude protein, crude fat, crude starch as well as lysine were 11.83%, 4.34%, 68.80%, 0.30%, respectively. The variations of each quality traits appeared to be different, and crude fat content variation was the greatest one, the others were lysine, crude protein, and crude starch as decreasing trend. Quality traits of corn accessions from different planting zones possessed different properties. The analysis of correlation showed that each eombination among four traits exhibited significant difference. Several high-grade corn accessions with one or two, even more good traits had been singled out through screening.
