氧针疗法治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察氧针疗法治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法:将缺血性脑血管病患者150例随机分为氧针组与标准头针组进行治疗对照观察。结果:氧针治疗组疗效优于标准头针对照组(P<0.01)。结论:氧针疗法治疗缺血性脑血管病具有提高临床疗效、降低致残率、改善血液流变学指标的优点。Objective： To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Wxygen acupvmeture on ischemic cerebrovascular accident. Methods： 150 eases of ischemic eerebrovascular accident were randomly divided into two groups, treatment gruop in which 74 eases were treated with oxygen acupuncture and the control group in which 76 cases were treated with normal scalp acupuncture. Results： The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was significantly better than in the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ） .Conclusions： There were a better therapeutic effect, lower disability rate on the treatment of ischemic cerebravascular accident by oxygen acupuncture than which by normal scalp acupuncture, and the former method can effectively ameliorate hemal rheology.
