垂体腺瘤中VEGF表达、血管生成与腺瘤侵袭性的关系

摘  要:目的:探讨垂体腺瘤中血管生成的程度及其与肿瘤侵袭性的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对47例垂体腺瘤(侵袭性25例、非侵袭性22例)病理标本和4例正常脑垂体标本检测血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达和第Ⅷ因子相关抗原(F 8-RA)组化染色行微血管记数(M VC)并作统计学分析。结果:侵袭性垂体腺瘤中VEGF表达及M VC均显著大于非侵袭性腺瘤(P<0.05),VEGF表达强度与M VC两者在垂体腺瘤血管生成中呈正相关(r=0.7625,P<0.01)。结论:腺瘤组织中的VEGF的异常表达和M VC能够准确地反映垂体腺瘤血管的生成程度与腺瘤侵袭密切相关,可为临床上评价垂体腺瘤侵袭性及预后提供生物学上的参考指标。Objective: To study the relationship between the express of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), angiogenesis and adenoma invasiveness in pituitary adenoma. Methods: The expressiun levels of VEGF and factor Ⅷ--related antigen of pathological paraffin specimens were detected in 25 cases of invasive pituitary adenoma, 22 cases of noninvasive pituitary adenoma and 4 cases of normal human pituitary tissue by immunohistochemical SP methods. The correlation between VEGF, microvascular count (MVC) of the invasive pituitary adenoma was statistically analyzed respectively. Results: The VEGF expression and MVC were significantly higher in invasive pituitary adenoma than those in noninvasive pituitary adenomas (P 〈 0.05) , with a positive correlation between VEGF and MVC in pituitary adenoma (r = 0. 7625, P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion: The abnormal VEGF expression and MVC may be valuable in the proliferation of the adenoma cells and invasive potential in the pituitary adenoma tissue, which can be used as clinical indicators for the tumor invasive activity and prognosis.
