摘 要:学校教育的现代化要求校长队伍的现代化。新时代、新教育对原有的校长培训模式提出了挑战。本文从扩大校长培训的功能,促进校长培训主体的多元化,改革原有的课程体系及教学内容和方法等方面着手,强调从以学科课程为中心转向以学习者为中心,强调校长决策规划能力、组织能力、交际能力及创新能力的培养,尤其是培养校长的教育远见意识、公平意识、敢冒风险、勇于变革、开拓创新的精神,以适应社会变革和教育改革的需求。It adds the requirements of the modernization of the president stuff in schools along with the modernization of the school education system, that challenges the traditional trained pattern of the presidents in schools. This article discussed how to extend the function of the presidents training which would otherwise advance the diversities of the training pattern from those aspects including changing the methods and the educated contents and reforming the educational system. It emphasizes the focus of the students rather than the focus of the courses, at the same time makes a point upon the decision-making ability, organizational ability, communication abilities and the innovation ability, especially the equalities ofthe vision and the fairness spirit ,the innovation spirit ,the pioneering spirit,the ability to face unexpected dangers, as well as the ability to adapt tothe reform of the education and society.
