摘　　要：中小企业的可持续发展对我国经济增长和社会发展意义深远。文章首先界定了企业可持续发展的内涵,接着阐述中小企业可持续发展的理论基础,然后分析我国中小企业实现可持续发展所面临的挑战,最后提出中小企业实现可持续发展的路径选择:管理观念创新、管理战略创新、管理组织创新和管理文化创新。Sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises is of great significance for China's economic growth and social progress. This paper gives a definition about sustainable development of enterprises and expounds on the theoretical foundation of sustainable development for small and medium-sized enterprises. The paper analyzes the challenges small and medium-sized enterprises face in carrying out sustainable development and points out the paths for them to realize it, including innovation in management ideas, innovation in management strategy, innovation in management organization and innovation in management culture.
