知识密集型服务业创新要素模型研究

摘　　要：知识密集型服务业在我国已经逐步发展起来,而对于知识密集型服务业的研究却滞后于国外,尤其在对知识密集型服务业的创新要素的研究方面,很少有文章对此进行讨论。本文将从知识密集型服务业的内部体系、外部环境以及人力资源等方面对此进行研究,并得出“识密集型服务业创新要素沙漏模型”。Knowledge Intensive Business Services （KIBS） have been developed in China step by step. However, researches toward it are. lag behind other countries, especially very little has been done on the topic of ＂Innovation determinants of KIBS＂. This paper tries to find the determinants from three aspects： internal system, external environment and human resources. And it .sets up a model called ＂KIBS Innovation determinants＇ sandglass model＂.
