摘　　要：供应链是优质猪肉生产的有效组织形式,养猪场的选择是优质猪肉供应链建设与运行的关键之一。从业务状况、生产能力、质量保障和环境条件等方面设计出了优质猪肉供应链中养猪场的评价指标体系,综合应用层次分析法、信息熵技术和理想点原理．通过建立屡次熵评价决策模型,提出了优质猪肉供应链中养猪场的选择方法。实例表明,该方法科学、有效。图1,表5,参6。Selection and evaluation of the partner is the most important issue of the construction and operation for high quality pork supply chain. The paper designs an index system from the fields of operation, capacity, quality, as well as environraent, and puts forward a method to solve this issue that synthetically uses the AHP, the entropy technology, and the ideal point principle. The practical example showed that the method is scientific and effective.
