摘　　要：文章在对旅游教育中旅游管理专业现存的一些问题进行分析后，针对这些问题提出了实践型旅游管理专业建设的一些新思路：重新定位培养目标，调整专业课程，改变专业课的教学方式和考试方式，调整实习安排，建立固定的实习基地，完善专业教师知识结构。On the basis of analyzing some problems of tourism management specialty in the tourism education, the article pointsd out some new ideas about the development of tourism management specialty. It is time of relocate the target to specialty education, to adjust the major course, to add skill and ability to training course, to reform the ways of teaching, examination and practice, to establish the fixed practice base, to change the knowledge structure of teachers.
