摘　　要：从一个大学新生适应不良问题的案例出发,分析了大学新生常见的心理问题及解决对策,介绍了心理咨询的一些原理、方法和过程。强调在咨询中既要重视发挥来访者的自我潜力,又要重视来访者社会支持系统的辅助作用。Based on the case report of a freshman＇s maladjustment to his university life, this paper introduces the principle, methods, and procedures of psychological consultation, analyses the common psychological problems among freshmen and proposes appropriate solutions. Furthermore, it points out that during consultation great importance should be attached both to bringing out the visitor＇s own potentiality and to the auxiliary function of the visitor＇s social supporting system.
