摘　　要：目前我国高校毕业生就业正处于扩招后压力积聚的困难时期,国家就业制度改革正在动议之中,整个社会保障制度处于尝试阶段。教育行政管理部门及高校毕业生就业管理部门都希望通过共同探讨、研究,能为毕业生提供帮助,完善就业制度改革,从而在新形势下进一步推进高校毕业生就业工作。Graduates obtain employment of our country is lying in expanding difficult period that pressure gather employ, at present, the national employment system is being reformed in the motion, the whole social security system is at the stage of trying. The administrative departments all hope to obtain employment in educational administrative service division and graduates through probing into, studying together, can offer help to the graduate, improves the employment system reform, thus further advance graduates＇ employment work under the new situation.
