摘 要:目的研究纳米载银无机抗菌剂对义齿基托树脂细胞毒性的影响。方法纳米载银无机抗菌剂FUMAT T200-4,按0%(对照组)、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%、7%、10%(V/V)比例添加在加热固化型义齿基托树脂中并分组,采用MTT法检测各组基托树脂对传代培养的小鼠成纤维细胞L-929的细胞毒性,比较抗菌剂添加比例对基托树脂细胞毒性的影响。结果作用于小鼠成纤维细胞后2、4、7d,各抗菌剂添加比例组基托树脂毒性反应为0级或1级,小鼠成纤维细胞相对增殖率分别为93.4%~105.9%、114.2%~147.1%和131.8%~148.8%。结论添加低浓度纳米载银无机抗菌剂FUMAT T200-4(添加比例≤10%)的基托树脂,无明显细胞毒性,具有较好的生物安全性。Objective To explore the influence of nano-silver base inorganic antimicrobial on cytotoxicity of nano-antimicrobial denture base resin. Methods The experimental groups of denture base resin were mixed with the nano-silver base inorganic antimicrobial FUMAT T2004, whose incorporating doses were 0% (control) , 1% ,2% , 3% ,4% ,5% ,7% and 10% (V/V). Cytotoxicity in vitro on rat' s fibroblast was assayed with MTT method, and the grades were compared. Results After 2, 4 and 7days, the grades of cytotoxicity were 0 or 1, and the cell relative growth rates of experimental groups were 93.4%- 105. 9% , 114. 2%- 147. 1% and 131.8%- 148. 8%. Conclusion When the incorporation ratios of the nano-silver base inorganic antimicrobial FUMAT T2004 were 10% or fewer,the nano-antimicrobial denture base resin does not have cytotoxicity on small rat' s fibroblast and shows good biocompatibility.
